Returns & Refund Policy

At Yellow Pup Ltd we really want you to be really happy with your purchase and to feel the benefits.

In addition to any statutory rights we offer, if within 60 days of placing your order you do not feel any change as a result of taking Yellow Pup Ltd curcumin, we will refund your last purchase.

If you do not receive your capsules through the Royal Mail postal service, then we will either process a refund or send you a replacement bottle. Please contact info@yellowpup.co.uk to organise your replacement or refund.

We aim to refund your money within 10 working days from the date that you raise the refund request.

Replacements will be shipped out within 24 hours of receiving your request.

If multiple shipments are not received from a single address then we will request an alternative address to send future deliveries to.
